The Presentation Sisters in Ireland are organised into three provinces - the Northern Province, the South East province and the South West Province. Today there are 106 Communities in Ireland and 960 sisters.

The three provinces, together with other communities around the globe which stemmed from the original foundation in Cork, came together in 1976 as the Union of the Presentation Sisters. The Congregational Leadership Team is based at the Presentation Sisters Generalate in Monasterevin, Co. Kildare.
